Reservations: Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance. Please call 214-670-7618 for court reservations.
 

Cancelations: No individual cancellations on classes.  Classes are usually paid per month.  If a class is held, that counts as an attendance. There is a 24 hour minimum cancellation policy on lessons.  Three or more No Shows will forfeit the ability to schedule a lesson.
 

Court Time Charges: All court fees must be paid prior to taking the court. Fees are listed under SERVICES.
 

Court Behavior: Appropriate athletic attire must be worn on the court while playing.  Tennis-soled shoes are required on all courts. Shirts must be worn at all times. No spitting, swearing, racquet throwing or hitting on court surfaces, nets or fences. All players and spectators are expected to follow the USTA Code of Conduct.   If anyone at any time behaves disrespectfully toward others, they will be asked to leave the facility. *No animals are allowed on court*
